Eating Habits to Aid in Weight Loss

  1. Eat slowly, putting your fork down between each mouthful.
  2. Eat only when you are sitting at a table.
  3. Chew a bite of food 15 times.
  4. Eat only one mouthful at a time.
  5. Stop and mentally okay a food before eating it.
  6. Keep a journal of what you eat.
  7. Keep a daily journal of what triggers you to overeat.
  8. Record every good food you DID NOT EAT.
